Join us for the 2020 Bluegrass Cycling Club Banquet and Annual Business Meeting at the Embassy
Suites.

The nights events will include the banquet, annual meeting, awards presentation, yearly
video, and election results for Board of Director positions.

- Dressy Casual Attire
- 6:00 PM - Reception
- 7:00 PM - Welcome
- 7:15 PM - Dinner
- 9:30 PM - Election Results
- 10:00 PM - Conclusion

The registration fee includes your meal and soft drinks/water/iced tea/coffee.

Adult beverages (mixed drinks, wine, beer) will be available for purchase at the cash bar.

Tickets are $25.00

Online registration closes on Tuesday January 7th, 2020 or when tickets sell out.
The event is limited to 150 attendees so please register early!

There will be no onsite registrations.
