(Distances for the Nic Vegas Rides throughout the BCC season will fluctuate according to pace, daylight availability, weather, road conditions, and more. Distances for the A and AB will usually be longer than distances for other paces offered for these rides.)

Terrain: 2 - Easy Rollers, 3 - Moderate Rollers, 4 - Strenuous Rollers, 5 - Hilly, 6 - Significant Climbs

The Nic Vegas Rides offer a slew of routes on a variety of less traveled roads. The terrain and elevation may be considered challenging by some, but promises loads of fun and awesome training. The routes for the A and AB will usually be more difficult than the routes for other paces for these rides.  All paces (mph) are based upon effort and terrain and will generally be a bit lower in relation to other rides of similar distances.

 

Details:

Happy Fall!  We will meet at the back of The Alternative Jewelry Shop at

118 ½ North Main Street, Nicholasville, Kentucky.  Please park in the 

public parking lot directly beside the building which houses T.A.J.S.  

Announcements will begin at 5:55 PM and we plan to roll at 6:00 PM.  Tasty snacks, cold drinks, and a restroom will be available before and after the ride in the back of T.A.J.S.  Moreover, delicious food will be generously  prepared and provided by Shannon and Fred Long after the ride!  Yum yum!  

We will  riding on certain scheduled Tuesdays and Wednesdays just during October.  We hope you will join us for these last few rides of the season to make new friends, ride with old friends, explore southern Jessamine County, and more in Nic Vegas.  Woo-hoo! We would love your company.
